Cllr Yvonne Frampton represents Thornhill ward, first elected in December 2022, and serves on the Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee.
Yvonne works full time in logistics for a wine company and is a proud mum of three. She volunteers weekly at Monty’s Hub in Thornhill, helping collect food for local families and supporting the community she represents. Outside of work and council duties, she enjoys cycling and spending time outdoors. Yvonne stood for election to be a strong voice for local people — someone residents can turn to for
help, advice and understanding. She is passionate about making Thornhill a nicer, safer and cleaner place to live, with well-maintained public spaces and opportunities for everyone to thrive.
Driven by a deep sense of fairness and community spirit, Yvonne believes in standing up against injustice and making sure that every resident feels heard and valued. Her focus is on practical improvements that make a real difference to people’s lives — from tackling litter and improving safety, to supporting those who need an extra helping hand.
